If your Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra can't get through a day any more, that's the battery ageing — not the phone giving up. It's one of the cheapest repairs we do and it makes an old phone feel new again.
On your Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, check Settings › Battery › Battery Health. Below about 80% maximum capacity, iOS starts throttling performance and the phone will shut down early when it's cold. That's a battery, not a fault.
If the screen is lifting at the edge, stop charging it and bring it in — a swelling cell is a fire risk, and left alone it will push the screen off and turn a battery job into a screen job too.

Will Battery Health still work afterwards?
With a genuine Apple battery fitted by us as an Apple Independent Repair Provider, yes — it calibrates properly and the readout keeps working. With an aftermarket cell, iOS may show a service message even though the battery is fine. That's the honest trade-off between the two prices.
Is it worth it on an older phone?
Usually, yes. A battery is a fraction of the cost of replacing the phone, and it's the single change that makes an ageing Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra usable again.
How long does it take?
Typically same-day if you walk in, or 1–3 working days by post.
Experienced technicians, genuine parts where it matters, and an honest answer before you spend a penny.
