How it works

  1. Order your repair online, or call us and we'll book it in.
  2. Tell us your postcode and pick a route day — or ask for same-day.
2 · We collect
  1. We text you a time window before we set off.
  2. Hand it over at the door — no packaging, no postbox, no queue.
3 · Repaired & returned
  1. We repair and test it at our Sheffield bench.
  2. We bring it back to the same door and you check it in front of us.
Before we collect: please back your device up if you can, and make a note of your screen lock. We don't need your passcode for most repairs — if we do, we'll ask you on the doorstep rather than over the phone.

Questions

How do I know if I'm inside the 5 miles?
Use the postcode checker above — it measures the real distance from our shop at 132 Handsworth Road, S9 4AE. If you're just outside, ring us; if we're already passing your way on a route day we'll usually still come.

What can you collect?
Phones and tablets — screens, batteries, charging ports, the lot. If it fits in a van and we repair it, we'll collect it.

Is free really free?
Yes, on our Tuesday and Thursday routes — we're out anyway, so it costs us very little to add your door to the run. Same-day is £14.99 because that's a dedicated trip.

What if the repair needs more work than expected?
We ring you with a price before doing anything extra. If you'd rather not go ahead, we return your device free — you're never charged for a repair you didn't approve.
