On your iPhone 11, check Settings › Battery › Battery Health. Below about 80% maximum capacity, iOS starts throttling performance and the phone will shut down early when it's cold. That's a battery, not a fault.
If the screen is lifting at the edge, stop charging it and bring it in — a swelling cell is a fire risk, and left alone it will push the screen off and turn a battery job into a screen job too.

Will Battery Health still work afterwards?
With a genuine Apple battery fitted by us as an Apple Independent Repair Provider, yes — it calibrates properly and the readout keeps working. With an aftermarket cell, iOS may show a service message even though the battery is fine. That's the honest trade-off between the two prices.
